New Menu Feature Added

As suggested by a Member, I have added a new menu item in the right side bar entitled “Aircraft and Article Alerts.” This area will be reserved for critical UPNs and aircraft notifications distributed by the FAA to alert us of potentials with shoppers or other situations. I will still post the notices when I receive them in our blog but will also archive them for quick reference.

Smoke in the Cockpit/Cabin, Transport Category Aircraft

AC 39-7D Airworthiness Directives, Revised

The FAA released a new version of the AC which you can view here; AC 39-7D Airworthiness Directives. I believe the FAA did justice to this document by reformatting it and claryifying the language. They have also added a section about obtaining ADs electronically and it speaks to TCd vs. Non-TCd aircraft AD compliance. Worth the read.

Aircraft Operating Limitations
